Ryan Marrott, President of RPM Builders LLC grew up absorbing construction early in life from a long line of tradesman in his family, Ryan would spend weekends as young at 6 years old on project sites with his father, a specialist contractor, as his helper and later in his early teens and throughout high school on historical remodels in Metropolitan Salt Lake City that required the utmost craftsmanship and care, Demolition was his specialty and in essence Ryan learned how to de-construct a crumbling priceless historical home safely and strategically before ever learning how build a home from the ground up. In his later teens and early Twenty’s Ryan had found his calling managing crews as a Journeyman Framer in Utah's Luxury Residential Estate/ Vacation home market excelling in the structural scope of complicated architectural designs which is where he eagerly took on the roles of Site Superintendent and later Project Manager all while Framing the homes he was supervising. Ryan ultimately founded RPM Builders LLC as a B100 general contractor and specializes in Luxury Vacation Homes in the Park City private communities of Victory Ranch, Glenwild, Promontory, Tuhaye, Colony, Deer Crest, Red Cloud, and others. RPM Builders LLC still self-performs framing and structural steel erection and design on all homes they build.
